My 9 years old son has had difficulty with reading and school work for all of his school life. He would complain continuously that it was “too hard” or that he simply could not do it. While reading with him I had noted he skipped words and lines as well as read words backwards at times. After finishing Vision Therapy with Dr. McBryar and her staff his reading abilities hare dramatically improved. He is able to read well out loud as well as to himself. His other school work has improved and he is now reading much closer to grade level. I am sure with a little more practice he will be well beyond his level. He is also picking up books and reading them on his own as well as reading signs everywhere we go. Thank you for all your help and encouragement to stay the course. The investment of time and money were well worth it.
